Eight years with on and off IVF treatments and not feeling good like I used to.

I didn’t find a magic fix.

You don't have to let go of her.

Health isn't something you have to create.

Your body already knows what it's doing and is working.

But what you've been taught about food doesn't match how it actually works.

I'm releasing my new Food School course here in a membership platform, the lessons will cover the systems your body runs on day in and out, so that you finally understand what your symptoms mean and what your body is trying to tell you.

The Food School Lessons include:

*Digestion: the energy hub of your body, this dictates how much energy is available for your body to help you hit your goals 

*Hormone Balance: the levers that control whether or not you have 'balanced' hormones or end up with puffiness, PMS, symptoms around your cycle, mood swings, hot flashes

*Fertility: how you are actually in complete control of your fertility and how much of a priority your body gives toward making a baby now

*Weight loss: it's waaay more than calories in and out. When you have inflammation and hormones off, that is your body's priority, not weight loss, here you will learn how weight loss really happens, through digestion and detoxification pathways. Once you know this it will all make sense for you

This is the foundation and start. Once you learn these things, you will move into my Food to Flow Formula where I show you how food shifts each of these areas so that you can finally eat on purpose to get what you want.
